Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using WyzeHub (the “Service”), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any condition, do not use the Service. These terms are governed by Spanish law and the European Union regulatory framework.

2. Service description

WyzeHub is an online sports booking platform that connects players with sports clubs. It lets users find available courts, make bookings, and pay online securely.

3. Registration and account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and notify us of any unauthorized account use. You must be at least 18 years old or have consent from your legal guardian.

4. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when the relevant payment is received and confirmation is sent. WyzeHub acts as an intermediary; each club defines pricing, availability, rules, and specific court conditions.

5. Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund unless the club policy states otherwise. Club cancellations are fully refunded. Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. WyzeHub does not store card details. Prices include VAT where applicable and online charges are settled according to each club’s setup and plan.

7. Club conditions

If you manage a club, you confirm that you are authorized to operate the venue, charge for its services, and keep availability, prices, rules, images, and published information up to date.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activity, resell bookings without authorization, make speculative bulk bookings, access other accounts, or publish false, offensive, or infringing content.

9. Intellectual property

WyzeHub’s design, brand, code, texts, and logos are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced without express authorization.

10. Limitation of liability

WyzeHub is not liable for damages caused by cancellations outside its control, such as weather, club decisions, or force majeure. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.

11. Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these Terms with reasonable notice, except where immediate action is required for legal, technical, or security reasons.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to consumer rights under applicable law.
